Flavor Profile and Recommendations for You
Hello.
This update introduces two new features: “Flavor Profile,” which reveals your flavor tendencies from your check-in history, and a revamped “Recommendations for You,” which suggests brands from various perspectives. Both features grow richer the more you share your impressions in check-ins.
Flavor Profile
A “Flavor Profile” card has been added to My Page. It analyzes flavor expressions in your check-in comments and classifies your preferences into 10 types.
How does the diagnosis work?
As you accumulate check-ins with comments, your diagnosis result will appear automatically — no special action required. If your diagnosis isn’t ready yet, a progress bar will be shown on My Page. Results are updated once a day.
Richness Level
Your diagnosis result includes a “Richness Level” (Lv. 1–10). As more flavor expressions accumulate from your comments, the richness level increases and the diagnosis becomes more accurate. The more you check in and write your impressions, the more precise your diagnosis will be.
More Detail with Sakenowa+
The type name and richness level are shown to all users. Sakenowa+ members also see:
- Flavor Chart® and Flavor Tags®: A visualization of your flavor tendencies
- Check-in tendencies: Whether you’re “Loyal” (revisiting the same brands) or an “Explorer” (trying new ones). Whether your preferences are “Focused” (concentrated on specific flavors) or “Diverse” (wide-ranging)

Recommendations for You — Revamped
“Recommendations for You” has been significantly revamped. It now suggests brands from various perspectives, including your recent check-ins, favorite flavors, and frequently visited regions.
Brands are also suggested based on your flavor preferences. You can use this feature without waiting for your Flavor Profile diagnosis to complete, but the suggestions become more accurate as your diagnosis matures and your richness level increases.
Some categories are exclusive to Sakenowa+. With Sakenowa+, all categories show more detailed data.
You can access it from “See All” under “Recommendations for You” at the bottom of My Page.
