Can I use it for free?
Sakenowa's core features are free. Achievements include both free ones and Sakenowa+ exclusives. Reactions+ and Sakenowa+ Mark are also exclusive to Sakenowa+ members.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Yes, you can use it on any iOS or Android device as long as you're logged in with the same account.
How do I pay? How do I restore after switching devices?
Payment is handled through the App Store or Google Play. When switching devices, simply log in with the same account and your subscription will be reflected automatically.
What happens if I cancel?
You can continue using the service until the end of your billing period. Free achievements will remain, but Sakenowa+ exclusive achievements will be shown as locked, and Reactions+, Sakenowa+ Mark, and other member-exclusive features will become unavailable. If you resubscribe, your + exclusive achievements will be restored immediately.
If I delete my Sakenowa account, will my subscription also be canceled?
No, they are managed separately. Please cancel your subscription from your App Store or Google Play settings.
