写真のアップロードに失敗する障害（復旧済み）| Photo Upload Issue (Resolved)

障害1

2025年12月6日14:00ごろから16:00ごろまで、写真のアップロードができない障害がありました。現在は復旧しております。

障害2

2025年12月6日16:00から12月7日10:00ごろまで、一部のユーザー様においてチェックインできない障害がありました。現在は復旧しております。

いずれの障害も原因はウェブサイトを攻撃から守るためのWAF（ウェブアプリケーションファイアーウォール）誤検出で、設定を調整して復旧しました。ご不便をおかけして申し訳ございません。今後ともさけのわをよろしくお願いします。

Incident 1

From approximately 14:00 to 16:00 JST on December 6, 2025, users were unable to upload photos. This issue has now been resolved.

Incident 2

From 16:00 JST on December 6 to approximately 10:00 JST on December 7, 2025, users were unable to check in. This issue has now been resolved.

Both incidents were caused by false positives from our WAF (Web Application Firewall), which protects the site from attacks. We resolved the issues by adjusting the configuration.
